The bed in one room was too soft for proper guest use. I asked for a change, but it was not possible at that moment.

The pool area was smaller than I anticipated. It is essentially a tiny pool inside the restaurant. Parking cost extra and required a 20-minute advance notice. This made spontaneous trips less appealing. My room's balcony lacked sun protection. I could not use it before 9 PM due to the intense sun. The balcony furniture consisted of cheap plastic chairs, something unexpected in a hotel of this supposed caliber.

the balcony had cheap plastic chairs , not what I expect from a hotel of this supposed caliber. the air conditioning switched off automatically when I left the room , causing it to become stuffy quickly. this forced me to leave the air conditioning on all night , resulting in a COLD.

The breakfast here had a rich variety. Fresh fruits, cereals, cheeses, and Cretan sweets were available. The room had a comfortable bed and a modern bathroom. It also had a large shower and a nice view of the mountains.

There was a lot of noise outside the hotel. It was not their fault, but a warning would have been helpful. The gym was very basic. It lacked electronic equipment, so it was hard to use. The pool was also smaller than expected.

I found the staff were great too assist with every request. the breakfast buffet included a huge selection of items , with fresh fruits and cooked-to-order options available. the location was perfect. I could easily walk to nearby restaurants and the harbor. i liked that the room was modern and well kept.

i noticed that the gym was rather small and had only basic equipment.
